Operating in a $500B+ market where 85% of missed calls result in lost customers, The Company is building the leading platform for AI-driven customer engagement. The company serves major home service brands and plans to quadruple its headcount in 2025, offering engineers immediate visibility and impact. Client seeks a Product-minded Software Engineer who excels at the intersection of engineering, product thinking, and rapid iteration. This is a fully in-person role based in NYC. You will own features end-to-end , from backend services to AI-powered user experiences, and collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and GTM teams. Your work will directly influence the core product used by thousands of customers daily. This role is ideal for someone who values impact over simply shipping code.

Requirements

  • 2–8 years full-stack engineering experience (4–8 preferred)
  • Familiarity with AI, LLMs, or AI-assisted systems (or eagerness to learn quickly)
  • Strong product mindset with a focus on impact and customer experience
  • Experience owning features end-to-end across backend and frontend
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with non-engineering teams
  • High code quality standards and a strong reliability mindset
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy startup environments
  • Must work in-person in NYC, full-time
