Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Commerce, Retail, Supply Chain, or other large-scale enterprise systems.
  • Experience in microservices architecture, API design, and Azure cloud services (e.g., Service Bus, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL).
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular and backend services in .NET or Node.js.
  • Exposure to AI/ML-based solutions, including Copilot, LLM integration, or personalization systems.
  • Experience with distributed system telemetry, diagnostics, and performance optimization.
  • Solid understanding of modern programming languages and frameworks (C#, Java, TypeScript, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated skills in coding, debugging, design, and problem-solving in large-scale systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable services and features across the Dynamics 365 Commerce stack.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across product management, design, data science, and partner teams to deliver end-to-end customer value.
  • Participate in live site operations and drive continuous improvements in reliability, performance, and telemetry.
  • Contribute to technical design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring to foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
  • Embrace engineering best practices, including automation, observability, and secure-by-design principles.
