About The Position

We are looking for a driven Software Engineer with 2-5 years of experience to contribute to the design, development, and deployment of our software solutions. In this role, you will work on moderately complex projects, contribute to the technical design, and collaborate with a team of talented engineers to deliver high-quality software that meets user needs and business objectives. Adhere to and promote agile software development best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes. Identify and resolve software defects and technical issues in a timely manner. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools through active participation in team retrospectives and feedback loops. Ensure clear and comprehensive documentation of developed features and solutions, contributing to a well-maintained and easily understandable codebase and knowledge base. Stay current with relevant technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

Solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms, with an appreciation for agile principles.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, Go).
Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Good problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills, with a collaborative approach to finding solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional team members.
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and contribute actively as a valued member of a self-organizing team.
Familiarity with software testing frameworks and methodologies.
Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD concepts.
Basic knowledge of database technologies (SQL or NoSQL).

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Minimum of 2-5 years of professional software development experience.
Experience developing and shipping software products or features.
Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
