We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level to Mid-Level Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers hands-on experience with cloud-based application design and development, emphasizing modern programming languages and AWS technologies. It is ideally suited for candidates eager to grow their skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with impactful projects.

  • Design, develop, and deploy software applications using Python, Java, JavaScript, and preferably Swift.
  • Work on Java application design and configuration within the AWS environment, implementing scalable and cloud-native solutions.
  • Utilize and manage relational databases, especially Amazon Aurora/MySQL, to support application data needs.
  • Leverage Amazon Q to build and optimize AI-powered workplace solutions and assist with internal automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and DevOps, on software development lifecycle activities.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and documentation to ensure robust, maintainable software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Proficiency with JAVA, Python, JavaScript
  • Project experience or internship involving Java application design and AWS service usage
  • Knowledge or practical experience with Amazon Aurora/MySQL databases.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously and in teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and contribute to innovative software solutions.
  • Proficient with Microsoft, Apple, and Linux operating systems.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Enthusiastic to learn new tools, programs, and applications.
  • Exposure to or understanding of Amazon Q and AI assistant toolsets is preferred.
