We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineer with 7–10 years of experience and deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React to lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native systems. This role focuses on integrating cutting-edge AI technologies—including LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic frameworks—into high-performance applications. You will architect microservices, build real-time data pipelines with Kafka and Cosmos DB, and deploy solutions on Azure using Kubernetes. As a technical leader, you’ll drive CI/CD and DevOps excellence, mentor team members, and collaborate cross-functionally to shape the future of intelligent, distributed systems. What you'll do: Design, develop, and deploy highly available and scalable systems with a focus on AI and cloud-native solutions. Develop and optimize applications using Java, Spring boot, React, Java Script, ensuring high performance and reliability. Implement and integrate AI-driven solutions, including LLM-based applications, Gen AI, and Agentic AI frameworks. Build and maintain RESTful web services, Kafka queues, and Cosmos DB for real-time data processing. Leverage big data technologies such as Kafka to process and analyze large-scale datasets efficiently. Architect and implement microservices-based solutions using service-oriented architecture (SOA) principles. Deploy and manage applications on Azure cloud platforms, leveraging Kubernetes and other cloud-native technologies. Drive best practices in CI/CD, Dev Ops, and operational excellence for seamless deployments and system reliability. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to define system architecture and development roadmaps. Provide technical leadership, making design tradeoffs to balance long-term scalability with short-term execution needs. Ensure database performance and scalability by working with relational and No SQL databases.
