SCCI is seeking a Software Engineer to support the Battle Management System (BMS) program. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a suite of test tools, simulators, and hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) testbeds used to evaluate hardware designs and prototypes for advanced weapons control systems across the Battle Management System portfolio. This position is ideal for a hands-on developer who enjoys working with microcontrollers, single-board computers like Raspberry Pi, and in various IDEs to create robust testing solutions. The developer will collaborate closely with hardware and software design engineers to understand system requirements, design test harnesses, write test scripts, and analyze results to ensure our systems are reliable and meet project performance criteria. The developer will support the installation and assessment of these test systems locally and could be required to support remote events with CONUS travel up to 1 trip per quarter. This position is available for immediate hire and is located in Dahlgren, VA.
