Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Design innovative software solutions that meet client specifications and enhance user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to maintain high-quality standards in software delivery. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve software development practices. Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative learning environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of work experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Mulesoft Development is required.
  • HS Diploma/ GED
  • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) is recommended.
  • Advanced proficiency in Data Analytics and Salesforce Work.com is suggested.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree
