Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, IS, Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Twelve (12) months of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or Selenium.

Responsibilities

• Work on Software Quality Assurance (QA) Metrics to track test coverage and traceability via Jira tool.
• Investigate customer complaints, UOI, and non-conformance issues using Android or mobile tools, and BigQuery.
• Write Python/Selenium scripts and wrappers for different functional areas and test complexity abstraction.
• Drive the process and provide new functional specifications for future reference or the basis for future scripted testing via exploratory methods.
• Make data-driven decisions with agile reports and project monitoring.
• Drive the delivery of new projects and/or systems that increase efficiency and scalability of apps with minimal oversight.
• Work under supervision.
• Travel and/or relocate to unanticipated client sites throughout the USA as required.
