We are looking for a staff engineer with 3+ years of experience in building scalable infrastructure from the ground up, and who can manage and grow our Engineering team from 3 to 10 people within the next year. We need someone who is both reliable and big-picture thinking. You will be responsible and accountable for making high-impact decisions that determine Chai's future.
