About The Position

Chai is one of the fastest-growing, generative AI startups in Silicon Valley. YouTube but for LLM's - we have over 1 million active users. We are looking for a staff engineer with 3+ years of experience in building scalable infrastructure from the ground up, and who can manage and grow our Engineering team from 3 to 10 people within the next year. We need someone who is both reliable and big-picture thinking. You will be responsible and accountable for making high-impact decisions that determine Chai's future.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a leading academic institution
• 6+ years of experience in backend engineering
• Familiar with Kubernetes and Python

Responsibilities

• Build scalable infrastructure from the ground up.
