Description Develops, implements and supports the usage of data visualization toolkit, configuration, deployment and usage. Applies advanced consulting skills and/or extensive technical expertise; full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction; mentors and may supervise team members. Clearance A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
Requirements
- Fourteen (14) years’ experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with developing software using Python or Java
- Experience in creating complex multi-dimensional visualizations that are easy to understand, including options such as cascading, time-shifting, dynamic, and drill down
- Experience in data modeling, including normalization of data and working with metrics
- Experience in exploring unique and out-of-the-box visualization techniques and how they can be applied to networks
- Experience with creating static presentations and static web pages
- Experience with developing and maintaining web-based server applications and implementing algorithms that interface with relational databases (DBs) such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Experience with leading small cross functional teams
- Knowledge of agile team development
