About The Position

We are seeking a Software Engineer (mid- or senior-level) with extensive experience in SaaS environments at growth-stage companies, specializing in rapid prototyping and development using React, Next.js, NestJS, and at times, Python. In this pivotal role, you will work with cross-functional peers to dive deep into our AI-driven platform, becoming a cornerstone by mastering and enhancing our system. Your work will directly shape the evolution of our product, embedding cutting-edge AI technologies at its core to deliver disruptive solutions to our users. Collaborating closely with our talented team, you will lead the charge toward innovative technical excellence.

• Proven experience in SaaS environments at growth-stage companies.
• Expertise in rapid prototyping and development using React and Next.js.
• A problem solver and hard worker who thrives in the SaaS environment and understands the startup grind.
• A pragmatic and proactive engineer capable of rapidly bringing projects over the finish line.
• Passionate about innovation and AI, with a love for the "fail fast and pivot/iterate" methodology.
• Driven to get solutions live quickly and leverage customer feedback to guide value creation.
• Strong collaborative skills, eager to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in React/Next.js, with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Experience with Python for backend development.
• A minimum of 3 years in software development or a related field, with a focus on SaaS
• U.S. citizenship with the ability to pass a Federal Background Check and Identity Verification.
• While formal education is not a strict requirement, a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Proven experience scaling complex SaaS applications, both in terms of scaling to larger development teams and to large customer-bases and usage.
• Proven expertise with tools like LangChain, LangGraph, agentic AI frameworks, and vector databases.
• Familiarity with OpenAI, Claude, Google Vertex, and/or AzureAI APIs and vector databases, demonstrating an ability to integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into web solutions.
