Requirements

• Experience as a Software Tester or Test Analyst in commercial environments.
• Strong background in developing manual and automated test cases.
• Ability to design and manage Regression Test Plans.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with engineers to deliver quality outcomes.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to own outcomes and deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Strong interest in learning and applying new testing technologies and practices.

Nice To Haves

• Experience setting up test environments and operating systems (Windows and Linux).
• Cross-platform testing, including Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL).
• Familiarity with automated testing tools.
• Interest or experience in testing real-time embedded systems.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Proficiency with fault tracking systems and maintaining client-facing documentation.
• Interest in field testing, data product validation, and data collection.
• ISTQB accreditation or other relevant testing certifications.

Responsibilities

• Test advanced computer vision pipelines and mission-critical software for autonomous systems.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and regression test plans to ensure software quality and robustness.
• Review requirements and specifications, and validate/verify solutions against those requirements.
• Conduct in-field system testing and data collection to support real-world use cases.
• Collaborate closely with software development teams to improve product quality and performance.
• Support and manage the flow, analysis, and management of large-scale data from robotic systems.
• Work in a fast-paced, collaborative engineering environment, focused on continuous improvement and quality outcomes.
