As a Software Engineer Sr within PNC's Asset Management Group organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Dallas, TX or Birmingham, AL. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

  • Provide Tier1/Tier2 support for windows-based applications
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution
  • Application configurations, installations and upgrades
  • Document solutions and support procedures
  • Maintain and debug software
  • Serve as a mentor for other members of the team
  • Experience in supporting windows applications
  • Knowledge of IIS, Powershell and application logs
  • Familiarity with SQL server, basic database queries
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Jira helpful
  • 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
