About The Position

The Software Engineer Specialist position at Fidelity Information Services involves working within the eComm Engineering branch to deliver online payment services. Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Core Java and Object-oriented programming concepts.
• Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and REST APIs.
• Demonstrated implementation of application security protocols.
• Experience with No SQL databases like Dynamo DB.
• Proficiency with GIT, Agile practices, JIRA, and Confluence.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular and Node.js.
• Good knowledge of container technologies like OpenShift/Docker.
• Experience with performance testing tools like Jmeter.
• Familiarity with infrastructure management using Terraform and Ansible.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable microservice-based platforms.
• Implement application security using OAuth2 and OIDC.
• Follow best coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards.
• Troubleshoot issues in distributed services ecosystem using CI/CD principles.
• Develop and deploy applications to AWS Cloud platform.
