Position is on the research staff of a government consulting organization and will be based out of Reston, VA. This position provides verified mathematical and scientific techniques programmatically to answer questions prioritized by the Sponsor.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with the ability to understand and automate customer workflows and business processes with AI solutions
  • Demonstrated experience in data structures, data modeling, and software architecture
  • Demonstrated in-depth experience and knowledge of machine learning tools and frameworks such as PyTorch, Tensorflow, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience with extensive math and computer science skills, with a deep understanding of probability, statistics, and algorithms
  • Demonstrated experience in AI/ML specific programming languages, such as Python, Jav, C++, Conda, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience training AI models, as well as in integrating pre-trained models into dataflows and software architectures.

Responsibilities

  • Train machine learning models in a variety of ways, to meet a variety of functions, including but not limited to: Synthesis of code to be used for automated webscrapes
  • Automation of other functions related to webscrapes, including detection and “self-healing” of scrapes
  • Automated visual detection of object types (like types of vehicles, license plates, etc) within video data
  • Automated review and analysis of terms of service of companies
  • Automating open source collection of data that could be used to train Sponsor-owned AI/ML systems and models.
  • Provide Model training based on training data that may need to be acquired from other components.
  • Create complete AI-based systems, which may include multiple inputs, models, human-review processes and outputs ETL processes and databases.
