Requirements

  • 4-6 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
  • Demonstrated ability to elicit, analyze, and document technical and functional requirements.
  • Proven experience leading development efforts and mentoring junior team members.
  • Strong proficiency in React, React Native, Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Java.
  • Hands-on experience building cloud-native applications and microservices using AWS services such as S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, Step Functions, GraphQL, REST APIs, and EventBridge.
  • Experience delivering IaC solutions using AWS CDK and Serverless frameworks.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Mentor and coach more junior team members.
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • 4-6 years of experience

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with AI tools and methods to enhance engineering productivity and workflow efficiency.
  • Working knowledge of Agile practices is highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Drive implementation of software thru analysis and design activities for new business features or value-based enhancements to existing software.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams like architecture, infrastructure operations, cyber security, data, and others to implement architectures that encompass broad perspectives and requirements.
  • Automate build, test, and deploy code and build pipelines
  • Build testing automation and associated processes (Unit test coverage, testing automation, pipeline automation, code scanning, etc.) into the software product.
  • Work in a agile team environment to iteratively delivery value.
