The Senior Engineering Manager role in Platform RE and Enablement is a critical strategic requirement for the Engineering Experience Org to safeguard product investments. This leader will be directly accountable for defining and defending strict platform Service Level Objectives (SLOs), ensuring enterprise stability without sacrificing speed to value of feature delivery. They will mature our incident response capabilities in partnership with Enterprise RE by implementing SRE practices to aggressively drive down MTTR and Mean Time to Detect and Respond (MDDR). Beyond operational resilience, this role establishes robust internal customer success function, bridging self-service tools with full-service enablement to drive seamless platform adoption across all PDLC personas including engineering, product and UX. Ultimately, approving this requisition will protect the enterprise from costly downtime while maximizing the productivity and efficiency of our engineering workforce.
