Help the AI Answers Quality team deliver AI Overviews to users' hard and complicated queries on the Search Result Page (SRP) and in AI Mode. Our goal is to satisfy users' information seeking needs on anything they ask. We strive to deliver answers that are factual, helpful, and nuanced, while connecting users to the best content on the web. We want to provide different types of answers if appropriate (e.g., lists, images, videos), manage ambiguous questions gracefully to show multiple perspectives where appropriate, and experiment with bold new experiences and technologies that leverage our question-answering technologies at scale. Most projects are full-stack work in pursuit of enhanced answer quality, experiences, and features, and involve close partnership with Search Quality engineers and Product+User Experience (UX) partners.
