About The Position

The Software Engineer Salesforce at Johnson & Johnson Services, Inc. is responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of Salesforce applications. Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Engineer Salesforce-related occupation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead engineers and programs through design, development, and maintenance of Salesforce applications.
  • Serve as a liaison between engineering and business in translating business requirements into working code.
  • Ensure engineering accountability for solutions using the extended Salesforce platform.
  • Plan and execute integrations and microservice architectures between Salesforce.com solutions and other technology platforms.
  • Mentor software engineers with different levels of expertise.
  • Lead design and application development in Salesforce Clouds.
  • Collaborate and drive engagement within multiple Community of Practices regarding Salesforce Clouds and API management.
  • Oversee and improve project architectural health, including customization, security, performance, and integration.
  • Identify re-use opportunities by partnering with global peers to drive consistency across the portfolio.
  • Continuously improve developer experience and development lifecycle of Salesforce.com products and its integrations.
