Join the Lattice Autonomy group’s Behaviors & Integrations team and help us build the components that underpin the mission autonomy software used across the company. “Autonomy for every robot” isn’t just a slogan, but it’s what drives us. On the team, you’ll be required to think through how to build and validate core frameworks, APIs, integrations, and models that enable all different types of collaborative systems - swarms of USVs, Group 5 Vehicles, Maritime Submarines, Maneuver Dominance Denied Comms Missions, TRS' Altius and Ghosts, and more! We’re seeking a software engineer with a robotics background who is inspired by enabling robots to do cool things! ABOUT THE JOB Get hands on with C++ and Python and develop + apply expert knowledge of real world robotics problems and how it impacts our ability to deliver robust autonomy components. Validate what you build in representative ways, before we release our software. Eagerly engage with our customers. We will not just build things and throw it over the wall. Instead, close collaboration is what powers us and ensures we are delivering the right tools that meet a high quality bar.
