Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in at least two major programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, Go, Java).
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, debugging, and code analysis.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with structured software evaluations, benchmarks, or code review is a plus.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
• Ability to work asynchronously and independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and annotate code snippets, scripts, and software engineering tasks for accuracy, clarity, and quality.
• Identify logical errors, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities in programming samples.
• Provide structured and precise feedback on implementation, coding logic, and best practices.
• Apply annotation and labeling guidelines consistently to maintain high precision.
• Work independently to meet daily targets for code review and annotation.
• Support the training of AI models by ensuring annotated code meets strict quality standards.
