We deliver experiences to consumers through Disney’s Parks & Resorts worldwide, Disney Cruise Lines, and Disney Vacation Club. We are responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology & digitally led initiatives across the Ride Control Systems, Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation, and Merchandise lines of business, as well as other innovative initiatives such as Hey, Disney! We are currently seeking a software developer for a project hire (up to 24 months) position to support our engineering team. About the Role & Team : Our team is responsible for platform and systems. focusing on data pipelines, on prem server architecture, data delivery and analytics, and Devops automation. The role focuses on software development using C# , .NET , and Python , as well as server architecture and software management across our infrastructure. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment contributing to both development and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 3 years minimum of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, and Python.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in server architecture and software deployment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software solutions using C#, .NET, and Python.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across applications and systems.
- Deploy software to production and staging environments.
- Maintain and optimize server architecture and software performance.
- Create and update technical documentation.
