The Role We're hiring Product Engineers who excel at turning complex customer problems into elegant technical solutions. You'll own substantial features from conception to production, working directly with customers to understand their needs, designing scalable architectures, and shipping code that measurably improves compliance operations. This role combines deep technical work with high customer impact. You'll build systems that process thousands of cases, save compliance teams significant time, and directly contribute to company revenue. Requirements

4+ yrs (Engineer) / 6+ yrs (Sr. Engineer) / 8+ yrs (Staff Engineer) building production software
Strong full-stack capabilities - backend services, APIs, databases, and (nice-to-have) frontend development
Track record of shipping customer-facing products where reliability matters
End-to-end ownership mindset: from requirements through deployment and iteration
Clear communication - you can explain technical decisions to diverse audiences
Product thinking - you understand why you're building something, not just how

Nice To Haves

Building workflow engines, orchestration systems, or process automation tools
Working in regulated industries where compliance, auditability, and data integrity are critical
Integrating AI/LLM capabilities into production applications
Creating configuration systems, admin tools, or workflow builders for non-technical users
Designing systems for multi-tenancy, versioning, or complex authorization models
Strong foundation in data modeling and distributed systems
