As a Software Engineer Principal within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Phoenix AZ. Responsibilities

  • Serve as technical leader, driving design and development for scalable, secure, and high-performance applications
  • Act as individual contributor developing, testing, debugging, documenting, maintaining, and modifying multiple applications
  • Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and establish best practices across the development lifecycle
  • Champion Agile methodologies and actively participate in sprint planning and backlog refinement
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define and refine requests into technical requirements for new features and enhancements
  • Analyze existing and propose new software based on support and maintainability, associated costs, and adherence to enterprise standards
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines
