About The Position

Apple is looking for a collaborative, highly organized developer to lead our environmental, health and safety (EHS) program implementations and support in enablon. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical leader to improve EHS programs that are currently automated in enablon, and implement new EHS programs, as needed. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge and experience developing, testing, and implementing enablon, and will be familiar with enablon configuration and customization capabilities. This professional should be experienced in applying best practices and strategies for automating EHS requirements in enablon, and be experienced leading teams through agile and waterfall implementation methodologies. This leader should be experienced in training others to successfully learn and implement enablon. This leader should be skilled at proposing solution architecture that meets or exceeds the needed functionality, and is confident in doing so.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge and experience in developing, testing, and implementing enablon.
• Familiarity with enablon configuration and customization capabilities.
• Experience in applying best practices and strategies for automating EHS requirements.
• Experience leading teams through agile and waterfall implementation methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple high priority projects simultaneously.
• Ability to self-manage with limited supervision.
• Domain expertise in incident management, inspections, chemical management, compliance management, risk management, and action tracking.
