There are still lots of open positions. Let's find the one that's right for you.

Meta is seeking talented full-stack Software Engineers who are interested in an opportunity to join our one-year Software Engineering Pathways Program. This program is designed to help build applications and systems that will scale the company and make the world more open and connected. The Software Engineering Pathways Program offers experienced engineers a one-year rotation through different Meta engineering projects, allowing them to develop their engineering skills and gain meaningful experiences that will benefit their careers. At the end of the program, successful participants will be invited to apply for a full-time position at the company. The program is open to all qualified candidates, and Meta strongly encourages individuals from non-traditional career paths to apply. This includes candidates from non-tech industries, those without traditional Computer Science degrees, self-taught individuals, those starting second careers, re-entering the workforce, and those who have attended bootcamp-style programming courses. The goal is to build products that connect the world, and Meta strives to have Computer Scientists and Software Engineers from a broad range of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives that understand and reflect the communities they serve. As part of the Software Engineering Pathways Program, participants will engage in full-stack product, systems, and mobile development using a variety of programming languages such as C++, Java, PHP, JavaScript, Kotlin, Objective-C, and Swift. They will work closely with product management and UX design teams to define and refine research specifications, design and develop front-end interfaces, underlying APIs, and backend systems, with a focus on JavaScript, React, and PHP (Hack). Participants will also develop a strong understanding of relevant product areas, codebases, and systems, mastering Meta's development standards from developing to releasing code in order to take on tasks and projects with increasing levels of complexity. Communication skills are essential, as participants will be expected to consistently seek out and give feedback.
