About The Position

As a proactive and independent Software Engineer at KIBO, you will join our team to lead the end-to-end development of microservices using the latest .NET Core technologies. You will act as an AI-power user, utilizing advanced coding agents to maintain high velocity and quality while managing data across PostgreSQL and MongoDB. In this role, you can expect to handle high-throughput messaging with RabbitMQ and contribute meaningfully to our Node.js ecosystem. Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in backend software development with a deep focus on the .NET ecosystem.
• Mastery of C# and the latest .NET Core versions, including a strong understanding of current releases.
• Demonstrated proficiency in building scalable backend applications using Node.js and type-safe TypeScript.
• Proven expertise with Microservices, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and RabbitMQ.
• Daily usage of AI tools for coding, debugging, and documentation to significantly increase output and code quality.

Nice To Haves

• Solid experience in frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or ExtJS.
• Familiarity with cloud-native services in AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization using Docker or Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable microservices independently using the latest .NET Core frameworks.
• Leverage AI coding agents like Cursor or GitHub Copilot to optimize development, automate testing, and refactor legacy patterns.
• Architect efficient schemas in PostgreSQL and MongoDB while implementing advanced caching using Redis.
• Build resilient, event-driven integrations using RabbitMQ to ensure system decoupling and reliability.
• Automate internal processes and enhance system integrations using orchestration frameworks like LangChain or low-code platforms.
• Collaborate across the stack by taking ownership of Node.js backend tasks and supporting front-end requirements.
• Proactively identify system bottlenecks and propose architectural improvements to ensure long-term scalability.
