The position involves participating in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts, and team members to analyze business requirements and outline proposed solutions. The role encompasses all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including analyzing requirements, incorporating architectural standards into application design specifications, documenting application specifications, translating technical requirements into programmed application modules, developing or enhancing software applications, working with stakeholders for user acceptance testing, and following the enterprise change management process to implement in production. The candidate will also understand and customize vendor-delivered reports, identify and troubleshoot application code-related issues, and seek opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve overall operational stability. An active role in design and code reviews to ensure secure and high-quality solutions is also expected.
