Position Start: Immediately Position Summary: MILVETS is currently seeking a full-time Software Engineer Mid-Level with an active SECRET clearance and CompTIASec+ Certification, who will be responsible for supporting USAF Distributed Mission Operations Center (DMOC) at Kirtland AFB, NM. Must have US Citizenship. The company will not sponsor work visas for this role. Tech Stack: Windows & Linux Git & Gitlab C++, C# Django Framework (Python, SQL, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS) Gitlab YAML pipeline for testing, release generation, and test environment deployment.

Requirements

Proficiency in C++ and Python.
Experience with Linux bash scripting and working in Linux environments.
Strong understanding of Git and version control workflows.
Experience troubleshooting applications and debugging issues.
Ability to write and maintain clear technical documentation.
US Citizenship
Active United States Department of Defense Secret clearance is required.
CompTIA Sec+ or higher cyber security certification.
1st year developer with a bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering, 3 years' experience with Associate, or minimum of 5 years in lieu of a degree.

Nice To Haves

Experience with C# and windows development.
Familiarity with web technologies (Django, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS).
Understanding CI/CD pipelines, particularly Gitlab YAML configuration.
Experience with SQL database design.
