The Subscriber Experience Messaging & Personalization team builds personalized emails and tools for the New York Times newsroom to produce newsletters and push notifications. We work directly with our internal partners (journalists, editors, and our product partners) to gather requirements and feedback to ensure that we are building the most useful, efficient and modern software possible. You will work in an Agile/Scrum environment while contributing to products and features that help the newsroom send timely, impactful stories directly to our readers in their email inbox and on nytimes.com. This work is an important part of the New York Times’ ability to connect with subscribers and deepen their relationship with The Times as their preferred source of news. You will report to the Senior Engineering Manager.
