Requirements

• Undergraduate or master's degree; or equivalent experience.
• 2-5+ years of experience developing full-stack applications.
• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with other developers and technical/non-technical people.
• Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience across the full application stack with languages/frameworks such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Angular.js, Next.js, Vue.js, Java, Spring, C#, Node.js, SQL, MongoDB, AWS, Azure, GCP, Jenkins, Docker.
• Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience with common AI models and LLMs like GPT, Sonnet, etc.
• Experience with AI-assisted IDEs such as Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.
• Experience working in Agile teams, including active participation in sprint ceremonies.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local office language(s).

• Participate in cross-functional problem-solving sessions with client leaders.
• Help clients build scalable teams and engineering cultures that enable long-term success.
