As a Software Engineer Lead within PNC's C&IB organization, you will be based in Dallas, TX or Pittsburgh, PA. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. You will be responsible for working directly with the scrum teams in a JAVA technology environment utilizing AGILE methodology. You will provide daily technical leadership in agile ceremonies, help to define and adhere to technical standards across the team, eliminate and prioritize technical team problems and roadblocks. This role will lead the team (with the help of Scrum Master and Product Owner) in estimating, planning, designing solutions and developing the application with the scrum team. This position is accountable for hands-on technical leadership and design activities directly related to new application or rewrite / enhance existing applications.
