As a Software Engineer Lead within PNC’s C&IB organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Dallas, TX. Expertise: Strong hands-on design and development experience with Java and Spring, banking/payments background is preferred Solid understanding of software architecture and microservices Experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes is required Experience designing and developing solutions using Kafka, MQ and REST APIs Proficiency in database design and optimization, including Mongo DB and Oracle DB Experience in DevOps CI/CD and Jenkins build/deploys JavaScript and Angular experience is a plus Experience using Eclipse, IntelliJ, Gradle, Maven. Recommended/ Desired Skills: Experience working with Elastic-Search and Redis is a plus. Strong knowledge of performance tuning, application security, and scalability best practices.
