Growth Engineering at Netflix is responsible for driving the continued growth of Netflix's subscriber base and increasing the value we derive from each member. Our work helps users to discover and sign up for Netflix, and maintain their Netflix service. We participate on cross-functional teams focused on acquisition, retention, plans and pricing, user identity, customer support, and more, and provide foundational systems powering all billing, payments processing, and the consumer web application platform at Netflix. As an L7 Software Engineer reporting to the Senior Director of Growth Engineering, you will identify and solve highly complex problems that impact the entirety of our organization, understand systems and practices to inform and guide technical roadmaps for our teams, and provide technical leadership and mentorship to peers, stakeholders, and partners.
