Docusign brings agreements to life. Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM). This intern will be a member of the Service Protection Engineering team, working on anti-fraud projects to further Docusign’s commitments towards Customer First and Trust. Project scope will include work on Docusign’s account and agreement trust score initiatives. You'll be building systems to detect and block the reuse of malicious patterns within Docusign agreements. You'll also build tools to efficiently close bad actor accounts, and reinstate customer accounts. Strong coding, testing, and debugging, root cause analysis, requirements gathering, collaboration, and communication will be essential for success. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Software Engineering.
