Lockheed Martin Space is currently seeking a Summer 2025 Software Engineering Intern. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of Web application development with an emphasis on front-end technologies including at least one of the following - HTML, CSS, Node.js and JavaScript. This position is a rare opportunity on one of Lockheed Martin's most successful programs! Come join the MARK IV-B team! We are the leading weather program of US Armed Force that receives meteorological satellite data from all over the world. Our 9 ground stations around the world provide critical situation awareness weather data for our frontline troops. Our servers control the antennas, obtain and manipulate the data, then provide the images to our client product. Our client product itself provides our users with countless functionalities for our downloaded data. MARK IV-B handles everything from start to finish. We are currently looking to expand our software team and will create the perfect role for the right individual.

  • Pursuing bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent.
  • Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.
