About The Position

Motorola Solutions is looking for a self-motivated individual to help drive the next generation public safety experience, and to work with a team of top experienced professionals to enable mission critical services and solutions. The intern will analyze, develop, design, and maintain software for the organization's products and systems. This role involves performing system integration of software and hardware to maintain throughput and program consistency, as well as developing, validating, and testing structures and user documentation. Candidates are expected to work in a team environment utilizing the latest industry standard agile practices for planning, implementing, and delivering products and services.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Must have a graduation date after December 2026.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.

Nice To Haves

• Team software development using Agile practices.
• Security concepts such as authentication, access control, authorization, cryptography.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of cloud-based solutions in Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Knowledge of Statistics, Gen AI, LLM.
• One or more of the following skills: C/C++, C#, .NET Core, Java/Kotlin, Make, Bash, Linux app/driver development, Windows app/driver development, Python, Powershell.
