About The Position

Internship Opportunity: Are you a problem solver, ready for a challenge this summer? CACI is seeking 2026 Summer Interns for Software Engineering Internships! CACI is a recognized industry leader providing Mission-Ready Geolocation and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Systems and Services to Government and Industry. Through our Intern program’s on the job training and mentorship, you will gain experience with cutting edge technology alongside engineers and computer scientists. The internship will begin in May and last 10-12 weeks, this position will be hybrid with the expectation you will be in-person at least 3 days a week. The Software Development Group is responsible for maintaining and enhancing large distributed systems and developing software for future products and systems. Responsibilities include developing new server applications, maintenance of existing applications, interfacing with the system’s data repository, and developing new user interface visualizations and workflows. Requirements

  • Applicants must be currently enrolled as a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing a Bachelors or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Signal Processing, Physics, Math, Computer Science, or a related degree
  • Minimum of 3.0 GPA
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Familiarity with hardware or software tools should be at a level appropriate for your academic level
