Job Description Job Summary: Intralinks is seeking a talented Software Engineer Intern to join our dynamic team. This role involves contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of our secure, high-performance financial technology platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building robust and scalable software solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimally through Sophomore year working toward a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, Go).
  • Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Angular) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications and features across the Intralinks product suite.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define requirements, create technical specifications, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
  • Debug and resolve complex software defects and performance issues.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and infrastructure.
  • Write and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
