The Opportunity The candidate selected for this team will have the opportunity to work with Cyber Security Engineering on Data Loss Prevention, Anti-Virus, Anti-Malware, and Endpoint security standards enforcement. This will involve utilizing multiple 3rd party applications critical to the organization's environment and end-users. The role also includes working on major and critical applications for monitoring, generating updates, and managing device rollouts and upgrades across Windows Desktops/Servers, Linux, and Macs. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of operating system internals and a systematic approach to root cause analysis, with the ability to analyze system logs, performance metrics, and error reports to pinpoint underlying problems rather than just addressing surface-level symptoms. We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX or Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC, or Tampa, FL. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
