About The Position

The Software Engineer in Support I role at Accusoft involves providing code-level product support for JavaScript web components, .NET SDKs, and RESTful APIs. Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or other technical field.
• 1-2 years of real industry experience in a software development role with external clients or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in JavaScript.
• Minimum of 2 years experience using the Visual Studio Environment.
• Knowledge of ASP.NET and related technologies.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of the Unix OS.
• Proven ability to work closely with other Engineers using cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST 800-53, 800-171, and/or ISO 27001.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in digital imaging technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide code-level product support for JavaScript web components, .NET SDKs, and RESTful APIs.
• Debug customer integrations of products.
• Write sample code for products.
• Interact with clients via email, phone, and chat services.
• Contribute to department resources, knowledge base, and codebase.
• Participate in product group development tasks for a minimum of half a day per week.

Benefits

• Starting salary of $60,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
