Requirements

  • Proficiency in Python programming with experience in frameworks like FastAPI for developing scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch, including indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning for search and analytics applications, as well as integrating data from platforms like Databricks and Snowflake.
  • Familiarity with modern UI frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, with the ability to build responsive, user-friendly interfaces and integrate them with backend APIs.
  • Experience in data engineering workflows, including building ETL pipelines, ensuring data quality, and creating reusable libraries for data processing and analytics.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, along with DevOps practices like CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and secure coding standards.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver robust software systems.
  • Build and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration workflows to ensure high data quality and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain APIs for data access, search, and analytics, ensuring seamless integration with frontend and other systems.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of reusable software components and data models.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to software engineering standards and improve code quality.
  • Implement secure coding practices and ensure compliance with software development and data governance standards.
  • Contribute to the development of automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to ensure software and data quality.
