Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, software development, and solution design
- Expertise in risk analysis, cost estimation, and requirements classification
- Proficiency with coding languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, C#) and modern frameworks
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Jira), and DevOps practices
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex systems and drive continuous improvement
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
- Option 2: 4 years' experience in software engineering or related area.

Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering, risk analysis, and scoping for new projects
- Design and oversee solution architecture and detailed design for key initiatives
- Guide coding standards, tool selection, and automation for CI/CD pipelines
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and defect management
- Monitor program metrics, ensure project milestones are met, and report progress
- Drive DevOps best practices and application maintenance
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and mentor team members
