As a Project Management Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, software development, and solution design
  • Expertise in risk analysis, cost estimation, and requirements classification
  • Proficiency with coding languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, C#) and modern frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD, testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Jira), and DevOps practices
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex systems and drive continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
  • Option 2: 4 years' experience in software engineering or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirement gathering, risk analysis, and scoping for new projects
  • Design and oversee solution architecture and detailed design for key initiatives
  • Guide coding standards, tool selection, and automation for CI/CD pipelines
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and defect management
  • Monitor program metrics, ensure project milestones are met, and report progress
  • Drive DevOps best practices and application maintenance
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and mentor team members
