About The Position

We collaborate closely with product management, project teams, and business partners to design and develop scalable technical solutions. Requirements

• Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and coding standards using languages such as JavaScript, Python, or C#.
• Strong experience in platform design, API development, and component services within iterative and incremental development frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex production issues through root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
• Proficiency in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) automation and testing methodologies.
• Solid understanding of software design, telemetry implementation, and security policy application during development.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to lead and mentor small engineering teams, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 2 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
• 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define high-level designs and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop, test, and maintain code adhering to coding standards, ensuring high availability and security compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues through root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Lead small engineering groups by providing guidance, documentation, and timelines for project deliverables.
• Create and execute test cases, perform defect management, and conduct regression testing to ensure software quality.
• Automate routine tasks within CI/CD pipelines and monitor application performance using telemetry and diagnostic tools.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and adopting emerging technologies aligned with business goals.

• The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
