The team drives scalable engineering efforts across multiple time zones to ensure continuity and consistency in project execution. Members engage in agile methodologies, code reviews, and project management to meet business and technical requirements. This collaborative environment values clear communication and continuous improvement to achieve reliable and efficient software solutions aligned with organizational goals.

  • Collaborate with product, project, business, and user experience teams to develop high-level designs during project discovery phases.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot production and business issues by performing root cause analysis and developing effective solutions.
  • Manage complex projects by translating requirements into technical solutions, coding, unit testing, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Support users by addressing technical questions, researching solutions, and guiding implementation strategies.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to small engineering teams, including offshore associates.
  • Develop and maintain test cases, execute testing, and manage defect resolution to ensure software quality.
  • Implement automation scripts and telemetry features to enhance CI/CD and application monitoring.
  • Proven experience in software design and development using languages such as JavaScript, Python, React JS, Node JS, Type Script
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and project management principles.
  • Expertise in full stack development, including front-end frameworks like React.js and back-end engineering.
  • Proficiency with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and version control systems like GitHub.
  • Ability to create and maintain test cases, perform unit testing, and apply test-driven development (TDD).
  • Experience in code review, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Familiarity with architectural design, JSON, and web content accessibility guidelines.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and support continuous integration and delivery processes.
  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
  • Option 2: 4 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area
