Requirements

Proficient in .NET Framework with C# and SQL databases, including writing complex queries to meet business requirements.
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, including requirement scoping, user story creation, and iterative development.
Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, automation scripting, and telemetry implementation.
Proficiency in debugging, defect management, and root cause analysis to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Ability to analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable software solutions.
Familiarity with software testing strategies, tools, and execution of comprehensive test cases.
Demonstrated capability to monitor application performance and apply corrective and adaptive maintenance.
Implement automation scripts and telemetry features to enhance monitoring
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 2 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Option 2: 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Responsibilities

Analyze and scope business and technical requirements to support solution design and development.
Develop, configure, and maintain software components following coding standards and best practices.
Create and execute test cases to ensure code quality and identify defects.
Implement automation scripts to streamline continuous integration and delivery processes.
Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply corrective actions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align development efforts with business objectives.
Maintain documentation and traceability matrices to support project transparency and compliance.
Continuously learn emerging technologies to enhance software solutions and processes.
Mentor and guide small engineering teams, including offshore associates, to meet project goals

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : - Stock
