Requirements

Atleast 4 years experience in software engineering or related area.
Atleast 2 years of Mobile Engineer experience with iOS or Android or Software Developement
Atleast 2 years of experience building native iOS apps in Swift or Android apps in Kotlin.
Shipped one or more iOS or Android applications which are still available in the App Store.
Played significant role in delivery of complex projects.
Sound experience to build CI/CD pipeline.
Excellent debugging and problem-solving capability.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - including negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills; ability to influence and persuade, without direct control.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.
Demonstrated capability to lead small engineering teams and mentor associates effectively.
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 2 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Option 2: 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Responsibilities

Design and implement complex features in Walmart iOS or Android application.
Help define roadmap for our team by working closely with product and / or technology partners to build the experience for iOS or Android platform.
Proficiency in iOS or Android platform and deeper understanding in CI/CD frameworks for iOS or Android to improve developer productivity.
Focus on Test Automation and designing the framework for same.
Provide documentation for all of the solutions in place.
