About The Position

Google's software engineers develop the next-generation technologies that change how billions of users connect, explore, and interact with information and one another. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience with iOS application development.
  • 2 years of experience with software development in Swift, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
  • 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
  • Experience developing accessible technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Write product or system development code.
  • Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies.
  • Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
  • Build and launch innovative Google One iOS purchase features working closely with Product Managers , UX researchers, and UI Designers.
  • Measure, analyze and understand the effect of feature launches through live experimentation.
