About The Position

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Analytics and Visualization Platform team, focused on enabling analytics and visualization requirements on the Dataiku Platform. In this role, you will manage Dataiku administration, develop and expose services that drive retail stores, clubs, and e-commerce, and innovate automation to enhance usage, adaptability, and self-service options across the organization. The ideal candidate will support secure, reliable data workflows and empower teams to leverage Dataiku for advanced analytics and machine learning at scale.

Requirements

• Expertise in Database Skills on SQL.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python and Java.
• Excellent Platform Troubleshooting and Debugging Skills.
• Deployment automation tools (Chef, Docker, Kubernetes, Bash, Good with scripting, UNIX/LINUX Server side knowledge).
• Programming expertise in the Data Analysis.
• Strong Object-Oriented Programming knowledge in implementing frameworks.
• Strong knowledge on Cloud Offerings Azure/GCP.
• Automation experience using Python, Git or a similar version control tool.
• Experience with Scrum and agile development.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area.
• Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices.

Responsibilities

• Dataiku Platform, Project flow, WebApp debugging.
• Proficiency in installing, configuring, upgrading, and maintaining Dataiku environments.
• Python, SQL Query Performance Optimization.
• Platform Engineering that involves Monitoring, Maintenance and automation UNIX/LINUX Server side scripting.
• Troubleshooting and Debugging user issues related to performance (memory optimization) of the instance.
• Programming to implement the automation framework using platforms REST APIs.
• Infrastructure Automation using Terraform and Ansible.
• Resolving customer issues and providing RCA feedback.
