Raytheon's Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) SBU in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Software Engineer II to be part of their Space Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance development teams. Raytheon El Segundo, CA Location What You Will Do: Design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain software for cutting ground software. Work with talented teams of engineers, architects, and leaders in an Agile environment. Work on, and learn a breadth of advanced software technologies and techniques, Modern DevSecOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery techniques. Work onsite in El Segundo, CA.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience developing software using C++ and Python.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Current transferable Secret Clearance.
  • Experience in embedded software development
  • Knowledge of MLflow.
  • Knowledge of data science.
